• Notify us promptly if you believe your account or access link has been compromised

Accuracy of Information

Submitting false or misleading information on government paperwork is a serious matter. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you provide. We may refuse service, cancel in-progress work, or report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities.

Payment

Billing for our services is handled separately from this website. Fees, deposits, and payment terms will be communicated directly for each service. This website does not process payments.

Timelines

Timelines depend heavily on third parties (DMV processing, government agencies, shipping companies, banking systems). We provide estimates in good faith but cannot guarantee delivery dates or processing times outside of our direct control.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business, delays caused by third parties (DMV, carriers, banks, government agencies), or loss of data outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
